Meeting planner

The meeting planner uses city, date, and time values in your browser to calculate local times. It does not send those values to MeetDayKit.

Online household events

When a host creates an event, MeetDayKit stores its title, host name, date, time, IANA time zone, and location in Cloudflare D1. Guest replies store a household name, reply status, adult and child counts, optional dietary note, and update timestamps. The host can see replies through the private management link. Guests cannot see names, dietary notes, or other replies. The public guest page shows only the event details and reply form.

Event data stays in D1 until the host deletes the event. Deleting an event permanently deletes its replies. A private management link grants full control, so hosts should keep it private. Guest update links grant access only to that guest’s own reply. Keys stay in URL fragments and are sent in private JSON request bodies; they are not sent as URL query parameters or request headers. There is no account login or key recovery.

Limited usage events

Pages send only a tool identifier, an event category, and whether the event is marked as QA or visitor traffic. Names, notes, event details, exact meeting times, uploaded CSV contents, page URLs, and client IP addresses are not included in the usage event or its structured log. API authorization keys and request bodies are not written to structured application logs.
